Pros and cons of GoodTask 2 - Reminders, To-do, Task Manager with Calendar app for iPhone and iPad

GoodTask 2 - Reminders, To-do, Task Manager with Calendar app good for

Simple and great looking todo app, alongside Omnifocus for more complex projects.
Best Todo-App Ive ever used. However, Id love to be able to add calendar events as well.
Seamless integration with reminders. Slick and well designed productivity app. Clean and simplistic UI and the concept of swiping left or right to view each week (of tasks) is genius. Bonus points for adding sounds here and there (I.e. when creating a task, completing a task, etc) well done "haha"
I was looking for a better way to manage the native reminders, and this is it. I love how the design is similar to fantastical (my main productivity app). This is a very polished app. My only wish is to be able to hide reminders with no due date from the week view. Otherwise exactly what I needed! Edit: this app is consistently updated and it keeps getting better and better.
Like Fantastical, GoodTask accesses ones Reminders (todos) and Calendar (events). The difference is that it flips two around, placing the emphasis on todos. Being a teacher, my day is pretty much set out (classes). As such, Ive switched to GoodTask as my primary planner (i.e. more tasks with a few events). I still use Fantastical (ability to add events using natural language entry). Great one-two punch! Would like to see features such as natural language, and the ability to sort undated todos by list.
Based solely on iOS reminders And calendar I thought this app would be "thin" but it add a UI to the linked power from Siri and Location reminders. This would be 5 stars if the app didnt drop the contact links created in Reminders and if you were able to add tags and images. I dont think there are many todo apps that have the horsepower of the native iOS apps. Think of the uber popular Any.Do but with Reminders as the backbone but less contact linking. So I think, if contact linking can be added, this app will compete directly with Any.do!!!!!!!

Some bad moments

App stürzt permanent ab. Beim starten kommt immer die Anfangskonfiguration.
The only thing useful that I have found is that you can pick better colors for your reminders. (Which is nice actually, whatever colors you choose in the app get changed in reminders as well) The today view always has every task in it, making it pretty much useless. This app may have potential, but I never use it.
I downloaded this hoping it would be an easy way to to integrate my tasks with my calendar. For some reason it doesnt pick up all of my calendar entries no matter how many settings I changed or restarted the app and even my phone. I made sure that all accounts I use were added to the app, but there are still some key entries missing. I wanted one place to go to look at my to do list and what I had coming up for my business. Im still needing to use two different apps because I cant risk missing business appointments.
Looks nice and all but really doesnt do anything my calendar and reminders app doesnt, and for the price, I would expect something, anything, to stand out. Nope.
I did not spend 6 dollars to purchase an app that keeps crashing on my phone :( It crashes every time I open up the list management. And now I have to quit since the crashes are so annoying.
Nice UI but the functionality is somewhat wrong. It is supposed to have it own “notifications”. However, it just uses the built-in Reminders app’s notifications. So you have to use both apps at the same time. This should be clearly stated within the app’s description on iTunes.
