GoodTask 2 - Reminders, To-do, Task Manager with Calendar App Reviews

I like the idea of this and really wished it was a useable app. The iPhone version doesn’t load lists on the watch (you just get a black screen after it finishes loading) and the Mac version is so buggy, it’s unusable. Great concept and super fast syncing, but the UI is just too buggy. I want my money back.

Ive used many different todo apps but this is by far my favorite. The workflow on this is amazing and Im surprised it isnt more well known. REQUEST: There is one major thing that would be extremely helpful though... A bulk selection tool, to select multiple items and change all at once using the quick actions feature. For example moving multiple tasks to a different time, day, priority, list, etc. This would save SO much time, and put you guys further ahead of the curve.

I purchased this specifically for the Apple Watch functionality and all you get is a black screen. Would be really great if it actually worked though, but for now, epic fail.

Really love this app! Been with them for a while now. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to add notes. Id like to keep track of my favorite quotes, usernames and passwords, and work notes next to my reminders and to do lists. Ive been looking for an app that does to do lists, reminders, and notes, in a beautiful calendar design but no luck! Hopefully GoodTask can change that one day.

I loved the app at first but the widget continued to show up blank when I actually had numerous tasks to complete for the day. I constantly had to remove and then re-add the widget in order for it to work properly. The app also kept freezing when I opened the app to add and/or navigate. I deleted it finally and downloaded another todo app called ticktick.

The app works fine once you figure out how it all works but trying to decipher the updates and the functionality of the app is like reading a different language. Its in English, but the sentence structure of every update is so hard to understand that I just get lost reading it and give up. Please have someone rewrite the description and proof read all the updates please.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Location-based. Can add task by adding them in the Apple reminders or tasks via Siri. View calendar. And many other features! I rarely write reviews but so far Im loving this app It keeps getting better! Tags and all. I also use it for a quick note dev please keep that idea in mind!

I cannot say enough good things about this app. Each version just gets better and better.

Wanted to love this app--its so nicely designed. But completed todos dont always stay checked off, and edits to todos dont always "take." UPDATE: Kinks have been worked out and this is now the best task app, by a long margin. Please stay great! 2ND UPDATE: GoodTask giveth and GoodTask taketh away. New bugs. The developer is responsive to emails; I just wish I didnt have to send them!

Really thorough and smooth

Finally I founder reminder app that is so easy. I personally like not have 100 different options. Ive tried 1/2 a dozen others and this ones a keepers.

I love this app! I just wish I had the option of adding a location based trigger using quick add text.

Good Task has been the best app for tracking my immense to do list. Nothing else has shown me my tasks list in a better layout and format with so many different options. Love it!

GoodTask is powerful enough for project management using Apples Reminders as its backend. But is simple and streamlined enough to act as a basic "To Do" list. The developer is very quick to respond to emails. And quick to fix bugs and add features users suggest. He added one suggested about month after I suggested it. Great app and a great developer. GoodTask = Greatness

Best app available that integrates to-dos, reminders and calendar together into one app!! Only function missing is the ability to manually prioritize items. Should be an easily added function, but currently is not an option sadly.

Would be my go to App if it had sub- tasks.

This app is the best for staying organized and making sure I complete all my assignments. I tried several other apps to keep all my school assignments organized and this is hands down my go to task organization app. Love love love it!! Keep up the good work!!
